Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood actor and writer that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is oldest among three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was a paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne works as a psychotherapist. She's English and Scottish. Moore had a difficult time due to the fact that her family was always moving due to her dad's job. Moore's family relocated to Germany and she was a student at Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting roles were in plays.
